"This is a gem of a hotel. I stay in hotels over 75 nights a year and this rates in the top 3 this year. Outstanding front desk and breakfast staff, beautiful interior, spotless room, great mattress, excellent full hot breakfast. And remarkable individually decorated donuts to match the season! Great restaurant for dinner around the corner as well. One of the best, kudos to the staff."

"This is a working ranch, not a motel. Platform tent is camping though much better than pitching your own tent. Nice setting and friendly people. Really enjoyed getting to know our neighbor. Deer munching grass at the edge of the platform. Owls hooting in the distance coyotes howling too."

"while the room was very nice, the parking was not good to park a motorcycle. with the gravel and sloped surface, we could not park our bike safely. slow or no response from messages left on website, no onsite manager."
