I searched hotels for 3 days and read reviews after reviews finally coming to this hotel on expedia and the reviews were amazing the pictures were amazing so I canceled my other reservation that was closer to Worlds of Fun for this one 20min away... it was a very great decision!!! I highly recommend this hotel. We spent 2 nights with our 6 year old granddaughter. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. The pool area was very clean. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. Plenty of hot delicious food. I highly recommend it!
The rooms were big and was impressed with the kitchen and how well stocked it was for a hotel room. Full size fridge, microwave, dishes, utensils and a dishwasher. The shower was great and it was quiet. The breakfast were great as well and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The pull chain for the shades did break when we tried to open the blinds but, hey, that happens.

Loved staying here for the Taylor Swift concert! Front desk staff was very kind and helpful, and had some helpful tips for transport around the city. The area has every dining and shopping option you could want. Breakfast was also fantastic both days we were there. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again on our next trip to KC!
Be aware that you will have to present a $50 deposit at check in. It has been 48+ hours since check out and my transaction is still pending. I know this fairly normal today, but also with the cost of living having $50 missing for days is hard. The staff were nice, breakfast was okay, the pancake maker is slow and always had a significant line. The pool was great, gym had everything for good cardio and light weight workout. Over all a great stay, we will be back!
We needed a room that could sleep 5 people, but I didn't expect one to be so roomy. There was space for 3 queen size beds, a sofa, and plenty of room to walk around. It was very comfortable as well. I would highly recommend staying here.
I have stayed here 5 times in the last few years for dog events, it isnt fancy but has a great staff and dog walking area, basic breakfast and easy access right off of hwy-36 if I could change one thing it would be to service the dog poop recepticle it was broken and overflowing with dog poop that owners had picked up from their walking area.
We really enjoyed our stay in Springfield, IL and also our stay in Cameron, IL. I was impressed by the hospitality, cleanliness, comfortable bedding, the delicious snacks offered in the lobby and the accommodations offered to allow 3 adults and 2 children to all share a single room, saving us a good bit of money! The girls also enjoyed the hotel pool and the free breakfast was delicious both mornings in Springfield.
Make sure to pack your bathing suits and kids floats! They do not sell them at the hotel (totally should though) The beds were super comfortable! We got a king size bed with a pull out couch for our two younger kids & the room still had room for their little toys and games! The waterpark was super cute! Must be 42 inches to ride the water slide. There is a tiny turtle slide in the kid area my almost 2 year old enjoyed in a foot and 1/2 of water.
