"We paid extra for an ‘upgrade’ however they only have one room type and all rooms are shared bathroom. It was outright stealing neither Expedia or the hotel willing to refund the extra $71 I paid. Outright disgusting. Loud music and fighting out front all night. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting."

"Good on site parking, some under cover. Very close to all the amenities of Maitland. We were there for a wedding and the room was so well lit, equipped with full length mirrors and ironing board. Made it easy to get ready. "

"Clean but dated room. Annoyingly you have to request cutlery and plates from reception, which was closed when I arrived. Little IGA across the road is handy but couldn't eat the salad I'd bought. Appreciated the lounge in room!! A nice quiet spot to break a journey."
