We had a small issue with check-in—there’s no on-site staff, so everything is done online, and you need to text them a day in advance for instructions. Just something to keep in mind before arriving. That said, the technician who helped us was great and super friendly. The room was beautiful, newly renovated, and had all the amenities we needed. The property also has a lovely backyard with tennis courts and a barbecue area, which made our stay even more enjoyable!
Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was very polite and helpful. I thought it was a great stay for the money. I did not have a chance to use it, but the indoor pool looked very nice.
The only issue we had was with the room above us. Apparently, they felt it was perfectly ok for their children to continuously run back and forth on the floor only taking a break to jump on the beds. When we alerted front desk of problem they immediately took care of it. Unfortunately, the problem began again at 9pm and we had to alert them again. They again took care of it immediately. Would absolutely stay here again.
We stayed here during a snow storm and it was great! The front desk staff were very helpful, and we slept well. I appreciated the fridge, microwave, and extra sink in our room. The room was also very clean.
The room was clean and everything worked properly. It was easy to control the AC. Access was easy with a code-was surprised by not seeing someone there in person, but it is more like the experience one would have with an Airbnb rental.
My family and I stay here at least twice a year. It's close to home and we prefer this hotel over the larger waterpark hotels because it a fraction of the price. I can see my kids anywhere in the water park from the adult hot tub😁 because it's not over crowed with toys and loads of people. The hotel is right on the water so we always book the room with the lake view and at night we open the glass door to hear the water while we sleep.
