Everything was awesome. I appreciated that the Xfinity Center is within walking distance. The staff was very professional and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable

We just stayed the night as we went to a concert close by at the Xfinity center. The people were friendly and very helpful!. The hotels was very clean and well kept!

Everything was great and the staff was amazing! One tiny suggestion - I prefer unsweetened milk in my coffee in the morning, wish that was an option. But that’s a tiny complaint. Thanks for a great weekend!

Perfect place to stay after a concert at the Xfinity! Room was big and clean the staff next door was very helpful with helping check in with no front desk on the property! Will be back for sure

From the check-in and the gentleman at the front desk, who was very friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean and as displayed on the website. The continental breakfast for a hotel was actually very good!

Like most establishments, I think the restaurant may have been short staffed, but they came together as a whole and handled it professionally, calmly, and with the best customer service I have seen in a long time…… and the staff was very young and new! I was very impressed and will be back!!!!!

When we checked in it seemed to take along time and I asked if everything was ok cause I thought I heard her wrong, she thought was frustrated and then upgraded us. It was nice and I really didn't care it was taking that long

Check in was a breeze, took about 3 minutes. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were only there for 14 hours since we had an early flight home. This location was ideal for returning a rental car which was right down the street.

I’ve stayed here twice and don’t plan on staying anywhere else when I come to Rhode Island. The place is nice and clean the staff are very attentive and friendly. Its also close to a lot of stores and dining options.

Check in was fine, no elevator and could not get washer to work. Gentlemen at the front desk did not seem to care.

We were greeted with a smile and friendly attentive staff. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was served and was fresh & delicious. Choices of cheese omelet, scrambled eggs, veggie sausage, canadian bacon, waffles with many toppings, oatmeal, various fresh fruits. We will definitely be back!

I room was nice loved the tv and the bed bath was very comfy. My only issue was that the shower head needs to be changed for better flow.

Loved the hotel, very clean and new. Beds were comfortable, the pool and spa were clean and well stocked with towels. The restaurant convenient.. My only complaints were that several times I attempted to call the front desk as well as the "Bistro" and no one picked up. After several tries, I physically went down to the desk for service. The elevators were not marked and difficult to find without assistance from the staff. And I would have loved to be able to rent a movie.
