"The room and property were neat and clean. It was a slow time of year. The room was well organized and updated decor wise. The mattresses could use and upgrade as they were not the most comfortable. The breakfast was basic but fine. I would recommend offering some juices."

"The room was perfect. My wife and I stayed in Boothbay last minute and the booking process was simple and easy. The Inns staff were great and very pleasant. Our room was on the first floor right on the water. The room was clean and tidy and the view was perfect."

"The breakfast is the best I have had at a hotel. Staff was attentive. I asked at checkin for a room facing the East, since I am up early, to watch the sunrise. It was perfect."

"Yeah, the room is clean. Of course I haven’t had any problem with the staff anytime. I’ve stayed here amenities. They’re OK, but the check-in was quick and easy after I did what I needed what I was doing on here it was I couldn’t believe it. How easy and simple it was just come in and show my drivers license for you know so they know who I am was quick done"

"It was a joy to stay in a "non-big box" hotel: the room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, the whole space was beautiful, and the whole vibe was wonderful. Delicious coffee was available in the hallway on each floor starting at 6 am--even better! We hope to stay here again!"
