"Excellent hotel, friendly staff, our only issue was the heating to our room was broken and even though reported it to housekeeping it had not been repaired and our room was very cold!!!Not ideal for 1st and 2nd of January!!!"

"All staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless, and although not that big, it had everything we need. The complimentary mini bar is a nice touch and staff asked multiple times if we needed anything further. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. Great location for Tower Bridge and Borough Market and central enough to get to other areas like Covent Garden without too much trouble. "

"The room was gorgeous, probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The team prepared the room with balloons and a cake as I was celebrating a birthday. They made it feel even more special with that extra touch. I will definitely be staying here again in future! "
