Lovely clean & quiet room, gorgeous green surroundings, fantastic breakfast which they made a few minutes earlier to accommodate me, and they called me a cab because I couldn't get a signal to order an Uber. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice hotel, staff especially Carlos was so helpful and kind. Neighborhood felt very safe, but, a bit on outskirts of Poblado. Nothing is really in walking distance, but, Ubers to shopping and restaurants very affordable and many times less the $5 usd."

"The hotel is right at the middle of all the actions e.g. bars, restaurants, nightclubs etc. It’s in a very safe area in Barrio Provenza in El Poblado. The room is so spacious. All the staff are so friendly and willing to help. The hotel is so clean. I recommend Hotel Provenza Garden and I would definitely come back to stay here if I come to Medellin. "
