If you are looking for an inexpensive, comfortable place to stay, this is a good choice. I was in the neighborhood (visiting Tattershall castle) and this suited very well. The proprietors were very nice, the breakfast was GREAT, the bed comfortable. The furnishings were kind of dated but I expected that from previous reviews. The one sour note was that the rooms are, after all, attached to a pub, and I was there on a Saturday night... so I was getting serenaded with someone else's "Happy...
