"Very disappointed by the whole experience. Booked six rooms all rooms were dusty and untidy. Stains on the bedsheets, not enough shampoo and missing towels. As we are a sporting group we expected a swimming pool to be available. This was advertised for width. It’s out of order until May and it looked disgusting. Should not be coming there ever again."

"I have been coming to this hotel for years. It is wonderful. It is a wonderful place for a girls getaway as it is attached to a great mall."

"The woman at the front desk was absolutely fabulous. Everything else was disgusting. The room was dated, dirty, numerous hairs on the sheets, fluid stains on the wall walls, and the headboard, and the room smelled. I don’t know how this is considered a three star hotel. I walked out after 15 minutes and was only able to get one of my three nights refund refunded. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else."

"I love the location, breakfast was amazing. We did some shopping at Clay Terrace and Keystone at the Crossing, so a good location all around, it was a good stay."
