The staff is incredible! I had a very late flight and check in and they waited till midnight to greet us and show us our room. And throughout our 4 day stay, they were extremely friendly, helpful and patient. If i had to nit-pick, the positives greatly outweigh any negative. If you read other reviews you will see comments regarding noise, shower issues and staircases.
