Beautiful boutique hotel with AMAZING service. We had an early morning flight and they packed us a breakfast and made us espressos quickly before we left.

Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant. Definitely pay for Ann ocean front room if you can.

The quality of Merit truly stood out. The room was simply amazing; it was one of the suite rooms and everything from the materials, decoration, comfort, size, and the sea view was excellent. Fantastic place to stay for rest and relaxation. The apartments are located away from the hustle and bustle of Budva. The views of the ocean from here are spectacular and the pool is great. The sunsets are stunning as well. The apartment is comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The Viola Hotel was well designed and spotless. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was especially well done. The hotel is up above Budva and not in the town center, which was fine for just one night

Location was perfect, staff was very helpful! We did have our AC leaking all night but weren’t willing to pack up and move just for one night. Would like if the pool was open longer hours. Parking was a pain but convenient location after figuring it out. The view really makes this place spectacular.

This hotel was the best experience of my whole trip. The owners went out of their way to help me organize my trips to old cities in Montenegro, Croatia, and Albania. They actually drove me their every time in their car and bought me dinner. All I can say is you won't find a better hotel for this price--or for any price (even much higher) anywhere.

Signum is a beautiful, elegant hotel in a new building. Breakfast in their restaurant was one of the best I've had anywhere with many choices. All hotel staff speak good English and are tremendously helpful - so much so that, when I misplaced my cane at a shopping centre, they got it back to me at no charge. There are no ride-hail services like Uber in Podgorica. Signum will always get one for you when you're going out, but our life became easier when we installed the app for Nas Taxi via Google...

Brand new and clean apartments. We only stayed for a night. But staff were super friendly and helpful. Although fully stocked with pots pans and crockery and cutlery, lacked salt pepper sugar basic amenities and creamer for the coffee. Best thing was you didn’t have to do the dishes before checkout which was super nice as we had to catch a 0400 flight. Would recommend highly. Neighborhood is being developed, so only one grocer 8 blocks away. No street signs and doesn’t show up on google maps so...

Nice hotel with a very good breakfast & strong wifi signal. Big shopping mall and tons of dining options around it - just a 10-minute walk out of the hotel.
