Rooms were excellent and spacious with a sitting area. Shower was very large and water pressure was great. Only drawback was that pillows were to thick and difficult to sleep with. Great location and walking distance to mall and restaurants
This hotel is conveniently next to the airport with a connecting walkway. But it’s unlike any airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel thought of every little detail. On arrival, one could have a cool drink. In the room they had all sort of things to make tea or coffee. there was a bathrobe, slippers. great towels. the bed was very comfortable

My husband and I spent 6 nights here last week. wE were here for a conference in the Technopark which is literally across the street from the hotel.Our room was fairly spacious and cery clean, very nice walk in shower.A mini-fridge is included which is good. The staff were extremely nice --from the front desk staff who uniformly were wonderful to the waiters and bar staff to the housekeeping staff. I really couldn't ask for any more from the staff.

Courteous and friendly staff, and the property was clean and well-appointed. It's in a commercial area which is to be expected for an airport hotel, but it's an easy few-minute walk to the Rumlang train station which is a short ride to Zurich center.
The response from the host was very timely and helpful! I would definitely stay again! However, there were more stairs entering the property than expected or described. This was a true inconvenience for limited mobility persons.

In fact, we used the trains as our mode of transportation mostly and this hotel is just across the street in perfect location. There are many restaurants and shopping nearby within 3 to 5 minutes walk, as well as a small local grocery next door.

The hotel is great. Rooms are big modern and clean, the view of the lake is fantastic , and the staff is excellent. It is however a bit of a walking and 15 min of public transport to go to Zurich so may not be the most convenient place to stay if you want to spend a lot of time in Zurich..
