Not a luxury hotel, but everything works nicely just like a swiss watch
Rooms were excellent and spacious with a sitting area. Shower was very large and water pressure was great. Only drawback was that pillows were to thick and difficult to sleep with. Great location and walking distance to mall and restaurants
We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Switzerland trip. We arrived around 11 am and we were able to check in early. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shopping etc but it also wasn’t loud at night as we slept with the window opened every night. We had a very agreeable stay. The staff were especially knowledgeable and helpful. The area of the hotel known as "Hermann's Wohnzimmer" was a very pleasant place to sit and work with a laptop. The location is a little bit away from the touristy areas, which for us was ideal.
The entire staff was great! From email correspondence to when we arrived, during our stay and upon departure. Kristina at the front desk was fantastic! Overall everyone was great and welcoming.
The hotel thought of every little detail. On arrival, one could have a cool drink. In the room they had all sort of things to make tea or coffee. there was a bathrobe, slippers. great towels. the bed was very comfortable
