We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Switzerland trip. We arrived around 11 am and we were able to check in early. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shopping etc but it also wasn’t loud at night as we slept with the window opened every night. For someone that came to visit from out of town, it was so convenient having the train station nearby. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly, they have everything you need. Breakfast is not complimentary, but they do have a tea and coffee station that's accessible at anytime. The staff spoke English so that was a plus. From check in to check out this hotel is amazing. If your going to an event at Stadion Letzigrund it’s a 5 minute walk which is nice after event not to have wait for public transportation or fight traffic in your car. The breakfast was outstanding. They will make you any kind of omelettes or eggs you like. Plus lots of other good breakfast foods. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and sun deck were relaxing. Would recommend everyone to stay here when in Zurich.
