Walk out of terminal 2 and across street and your there. After a long day traveling I was glad not having to take another shuttle or taxi. Check in was super easy .there is a bar and food right there in lobby. Yes the food was pretty good.

The staff was great, the food was amazing and very easy to get to and from the airport with the hotel shuttle. I would stay here again.

Be careful staying at the Regina Palace - you may be overwhelmed as there is style everywhere you look. Older building, not too large by modern standards, nice elegant rooms. Just beautiful downstairs areas. Large breakfast room with terrace overlooking the lawns and one main restaurant. Access to Spa and indoor pool included. Outdoor pool among the gardens. One day a guest's 1960 Ferrari parked out the back with the top down - just like that ! One night tango dancing on the hotel...

Gorgeous trees and flowers in April and many birds singing; also, you have beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. This is a wonderful place for relaxing. Especially nice if coming from a wintry country! The staff at Hotel Royal was very helpful and they spoke English very well!

We stayed at the Astroria 5 years ago and likes it so much we came back. The hotel has old school charm while providing fantastic service. The staff are wonderful. The hotel has a beautiful view of the lake and it is a 5 minute walk to the hiatpric center, where you can find restaurants and shops. It is also a perfect place to take day trips. It is an easy 1.5 hours drive.

LOVE this hotel!! The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and staff. The service was wonderful, our suite was very nicely appointed, with gorgeous views of the lake. The beds and linens were ultra cozy and luxurious. The hotel was convenient located, and offered a beautiful free breakfast buffet in their gorgeous dining room. There seemed to be a pleasant and unexpected surprise around every corner with a fresh interpretation of old meets new. Would highly recommend...

The Lugano Dante hotel is a great hotel, the location can't be beaten, steps from the funicular and right by the city center, we walked everywhere. This hotel is very generous in terms of taking of customers, free drinks in room mini bar, coffee, espresso, apples, waters in the lobby, make one feel so much like home. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Switzerland (only behind the 5 stars hotel we stayed in Zurich), great selection with authentic Italian grilled veggies, cheeses, ham ,...

A new hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful planning our day trips. Food was was delicious! Rooftop bar is recommended! Had the king superior room although its their smallest room it was large enough for my wife and I. Location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. Would stay again.

Short stroll down the ramp from the main buses and trains. Host brought us to door just down the block and showed us to our little apartment. Kitchen was fully equipped; even a dishwasher. Beautiful corner room with nice view down the alleys. Around the bend from our doorway was a cement patio with flowers to relax. The breakfast was great.

Stayed at this location and can't say anything but good stuff about the hotel and the staff. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast was definitely the best we had during our month long vacation in Europe. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights. The location is amazing, right in the center within walking distance to almost everything. Very good room size and modern bathroom. Loved their breakfast!

This is an awesome hotel. It is modern clean, with friendly and helpful staffs. It is centrally located within a few minutes walking distances to restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers. You can travel to anywhere from from the Busto Arsizio train station, a few kilometers away. Although you can walk from the hotel to the train station, I would not recommend it. The taxi is about 12-15 euros. And yes, some Taxis are BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and other fine vehicles. The taxi drivers are...

We arrived at the hotel at a relatively early hour, checked in and left our luggage in the hotel. After a day of sightseeing in the area we returned to the hotel. The receptionist took us to the room and only after they entered the room did she say, "We gave you an upgrade." We are left speachless, a stunning suite, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a huge balcony with sunbeds overlooking the wonderful view of Lake Lugano.
