We had an amazing stay at the Pullman Luang Prabang. This new resort is just outside of town in a beautiful setting. The resort provides a shuttle service to and from town making the sights/restaurants in town easily accessible. The grounds and rooms were spacious and lovely. The service was absolutely top notch- the staff was so friendly and eager to help with anything. I would highly recommend staying here!

Arriving early evening, the light pathway was simply attractive far better to what we expected when camping. The manager Mr. Thy and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. He booked an all day tour for us that I recommend. The free shuttle to town was convenient. He helped us to buy train tickets to Vang Vieng. You have a choice for daily breakfast that was very nice. The night we arrived they had a Christmas party with free food and drinks for guests. Only downside to stay was water for the shower and was not very hot.

This is the best hotel in Luang Prabang! It is located in the best spot possible. The morning market happens right in front of it and the night market is a 30 second walk away. There are plenty of good restaurants, convenience stores, temples, and other sites to see all within walking distance. The staff at the hotel is amazing and so helpful! The hotel was so adorable and offered a delicious breakfast every morning. If you are going to Luang Prabang, this is the hotel for you to book!

Wonderful staff, all so very welcoming, friendly and helpful with everything we needed. A lovely room with private balcony, mini fridge, tea pot, amazing breakfasts with both Lao and western foods- lots of fruits! Bikes available to borrow, clean small swimming pool. River access.
