"The view from the property is indescribable more like breathtaking. This property hadn’t aged well . Some of the wooden stairs were more of a tripping hazard because of warping . The room itself was bare minimum. The bed upon entering the room looked like someone had been sitting on it prior to coming in. The beds themselves were comfortable. The chairs they were upholstered upon entering were worn and stained . Issues with the tv were resolved in timely matter."

"Love the concept of these geodomes and the environmentally forward thinking. The beds are not as comfortable as I would have liked, giving certainly more of a camping vibe than actual hotel or luxury. The domes are very close together, so due to construction materials, you can certainly hear muffles of others speaking inside your neighbor's dome."

"The property was well maintained. The rooms were large and comfortable. A coffee nook and a separate sink outside of the bathroom with a miniature refrigerator was appreciated. The breakfast options including hot choices were appreciated. The WiFi access was clunky and required repeated access efforts each separate day of my multi-day stay. The staffing at the front desk of this franchise hotel was not adequate. Staff were normally by themselves and would benefit from having a second desk assistant to help guests. Consequently, the staff at the front desk appeared rushed and this detracted from the customer service experience for guests. Phone calls from rooms to the front desk were not consistently answered. Added staff would have improved the front desk service."
