Historic building but rooms, especially bathrooms, need to be updated

Amazing!!! Don’t listen to any of the petty complaints. Great staff, great location, super comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast, and clean rooms. I can go on forever complimenting this hotel.

My kid and I stayed here for Admitted Students Day at CU-Boulder, and it was just what I'd hoped it would be: fun and chill, with food trucks/fire pits instead of room service. Easy parking, and an easy walk to CU-Boulder (there's a gate at the back of the property that opens onto the campus) and the Pearl Street mall. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, the wifi was fast. It was a great basecamp.

Very friendly check in. Staff at hotel all were kind and nice. Hotel and casino fun and I took home some money from casino. Lots of fun!

Had a wonderful stay at hotel and staff was very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Founders Point. The staff was very friendly, held our luggage on arrival and had a room ready early. I reserved a kitchenette but we were put in a room with a full kitchen. You get transportation to the restaurants, tubing, downtown courtesy of the hotel and they were very responsive. We hardly ever waited more than 5 minutes. We will be back.

Clean room, American owned and operated. Nice place to stay

Property is very nice, but the staff is excellent! Couldn't have asked for nicer staff. Power was out in the entire valley when we arrived, but the wonderful desk lady got us into our room, kept us updated and got us room keys as soon as possible! Service with a smile is priceless!

The skyline lodge was the perfect mountain retreat. I plan to book again!

A town centered around community, artistic expression, local business and kindness. If you’re looking for a cozy, lodge style feel this is your place. It’s something you just need to experience. Even when a small issue arrives the staff is quick to address it, and make the moment right. A lobby with games and comfy couches and a fireplace. It’s really for everything!...

it's a simple and cheap place, but it's very nice. Some bathroom fixtures are somewhat outdated, but everything was very clean. Unexpectedly, breakfast was quite good.

The place was very nice and well maintained. Loved the view and plan on using Avon for a family trip in future

Amazing property right next to campus and the hill. The rooftop pool was so nice on a hot day. 10/10 stay.
