"Friendly staff, walkable "

"This place was so annoying to say the least. Old appliances (microwave from 1991), shower head sticking really far out of the wall... All of those things I don't care so much about when it comes to the big issue. THIS PLACE HAS NO ELEVATOR. If you have a lot of luggage, any kind of boxes, or anything heavy it sucks so much. Also if you're disabled I wouldn't even think about it. We had about 20 cases with us each roughly $20 that we had to lug up and down a tiny staircase each day as they had no rooms on the bottom. Also the staff sounded so annoyed when I inquired about a bottom room on the second day. They even have a wheelchair lift but it doesn't work so no luck there. The breakfast was exactly the same as any other hotel out there, basic sausage, biscuits, waffle machine... nothing special, just overall annoying and I will be happy to stay at another place next time."

"We had a terrible experience upon arrival. There was an issue with transportation from the airport which was not provided as stated in the hotel description. The staff at the desk was rude and threatened to cancel our 3 day stay (paid for) because we had a “bad attitude”. She appeared to have no training in hospitality which is a requirement in guest relations. This is unfortunate as the rest of the stay was very pleasant."

"The hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffet was very worth it and parking was easy. The location was perfect and right next to the Golden 1 arena. We walked to the venue and felt very safe. "
