So the Inn and receptionists, waitstaff fine dining restaurant were great. Food was phenomenal too. But the majority of the staff at the restaurant across the street were cold, unfriendly and a bunch of prudes. I politely asked one of the waiters if i could sit at the bar and he said “Well can you? Homewood is perfect for family. The property is clean, spacious, comfortable. It has laundry for client use, pool and gym. Also, the reservation includes breakfast which is great. The hotel is 7-9 minutes away from downtown of Santa Rosa. Hotel is on its own, have to drive around to go to restaurants but fortunately nearby places are 7-10 minutes drive only.

Beautiful place! The staff was extremely personable, friendly and helpful. Got an upgraded room, which was impeccably clean, modern, yet cozy. So many lovely touches that made this a great stay, like the complimentary hot apple cider, staff knowing you by name, and watercolor map of the property. Delicious breakfast, and also highly recommend the dinner tasting menu! Will definitely be returning! Centrally located within the Russian River area.

Wonderful place to stay. Was in town for a 4 day dog show and was made to feel very welcome. Room was comfy, amazing bathroom, grounds are lovely and the lounge is amazing! We had wine tasting in the lounge one night and a bonfire the next.

Always a nice stay

This is a great hotel if you like to stay someplace without paying for the "extras" of a modern hotel stay. They have coffee in the hall, hot showers and heaters if it's cold. No AC (although rarely needed), blow dryer, iron or continental breakfast. Perfect for simple travelers, but not for those who need pampering.

Great place, friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations with a nice breakfast. Pool is wonderful during the summer months. There are 2 great places to eat across the street right by the river-Farmhand & Stumptown brewery-very convenient. Also convenient to Armstrong Woods. Will be back!

Nice place to stay

Lovely property located in a beautiful area. The photos online matches in real life, as in no heavy airbrushing. Staff are courteous ,friendly and professional. Quiet surroundings. Great cocktails at the bar! We are a fan of this establishment.

We loved everything about our stay at Casa Secoya! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautiful. It may be noisier during the summer with the swimming pool right outside the rooms, but when we were there in February it was SO peaceful and beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again some day to stay in one of the cabins. The only thing that would have made this stay a bit better would have been a hot tub on site!

Great location and nice spacious room with a lovely view of the river. The room had a nice patio to enjoy and comfortable club chairs inside to enjoy the view with our coffee in the morning. The room had a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator so we could enjoy food in our room. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed due to Covid but we were given a bag continental breakfast consisting of fruit, yogurt and a pastry. Very nice get away and we would recommend.

Enjoyed very much, however, expectation of adult oriented environment disturbed by a number of young children and crying baby. Hope this is more closely observed by the property.

Beautiful property tucked in by the river with new ownership and management. Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous. Would come back in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for one night. It was lovely. The room was delightful. The best part was waking up and seeing the river in front of the deck we went outside and had our coffee on the deck and sat there for a few hours enjoying this amazing amounts of birds and seals going back-and-forth on the river. We were so happy to have a noon checkout so we could just lollygag and soak up the enjoyment of the space.

Loved everything, but wish they offered the ability to have ‘some’ food - a few things like ability to boil water, make coffee, plastic knives, or spoons etc.

A great location if you want to spend the day at the river, the cute downtown is all with walking distance. The properties could use some deep cleaning , new mattresses,and dusting, but otherwise we had a great experience.
