What people don't understand is how GREAT this hotel and spa are. The Spa has one of the best Hotel gyms and pools with a hydro spa that I have ever enjoyed. The property is beautiful and very safe. Yes perhaps the rooms are a little outdated, but for the price, this is a fantastic place to stay!!!
Amazing hotel with some very nice touches. The US socket in the room was very helpful. The breakfast was top rate - better than most US hotels. Such a perfect place for our first couple days of our trip to London.

Very convenient location. Only complaint came about because we had never traveled to London before and simply assumed that a hotel close to the airport would have a shuttle. Technically, they do, but it is a shared shuttle called "Hoppa" that is a paid service. Not a huge problem, but when we were at the airport, I called the hotel and asked if they had a shuttle. Hotel says "yes, go to the shuttle area for pickup". Ok, no problem. We go to the shuttle area looking for the Renaissance shuttle....
