The staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was clean, fresh and welcoming after a long day of traveling. Public transportation was close, we used a car to get to old town which easily navigated to. The breakfast had plenty of options for the entire family.

Our stay at Vistay apartments was great. Louis was great and excellent communication. Large apartment, next to new facilities, and very comfortable bed! Only downside was no dark curtains so woke up early every morning. But otherwise fantastic experience.
We struggled to find a hotel in Luxembourg that looked reliable. The Novotel Suites was our "safe" choice and it was great. A/C worked in the heat wave. Everything was fresh, clean, even a bit space age. Three sinks, solid door to shower room. Hair dryer was the best in europe. Wasserkocher in room, but only small paper cups. Tram has been extended to the city and is free until mid Sept. Electric black out blinds and sound proofing helped sleep even on the road side of the hotel.
The room was clean and comfortable enough. The only complaint we have is the shower tended to get the floor soaked but we put down an extra towel and cleaned up afterwards so it wasn't to big of a deal. The area is okay, it's a lot of newer buildings with not much to do right by the hotel but there are food options near and the location is great for getting a way for day trips. The staff were fantastic. Room very comfortable, and food excellent. My only observation is there appeared to be a bit of mold in the grout within the bathroom where water would pool.
We stayed in Schloss Berg in mid March for a weekend. We are so glad we decided to stay at this hotel!!! As soon as we arrived, the reception desk greeted us with warm/wet cloths to clean up from the drive, fresh apples and free wine. We had never been to Luxemburg before and the reception plotted out our entire next day of things to do for us (she was right on point, we had such a great day)! This was a lovely hotel in an area that we wanted to explore. The service, room and restaurant were all fantastic. The breakfast was nice. We enjoyed being able to go outside and walk along the Rhine, and enjoy the view of the Chateau, vineyards and area. Parking was very easy and safe. Only complaint is that some of the switches were hard to figure out, esp in the bathroom… maybe when the staff shows you the room, make sure to inquire!
