The food was exceptional. We ate dinner all three days in hotel, and each meal was delicious. The staff was friendly and so nice; they went out of their way to help us as needed. I hope to come back and stay again.
Comfortable, lovely small hotel with easy parking and air conditioning. Although we were on the first floor, the room was quiet so we slept well. We were able to walk into the city center in less than 10 minutes. Nice, helpful woman running the facility. Very easy check-in at our own convenience. Highly recommended.
We stayed in this hotel during our travel from the Parma region to Tuscany. It was in a peaceful, remote location in the mountains. The town of Tole is quite small with not much to do, but it is great if you are getting weary from the big cities! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant is really the only one in town we could find, but the food was great and locals were also dining with us. Generally a very good stay but a bit expensive considering the lack of services and staffing. We enjoyed the room though it was quite a climb up 3 flights with 2 suitcases and no help from hotel staff. Pool was great as is breakfast. Had pool service the first day but without explanation it was. not available the second. Overall a nice and comfortable place for a few days in lovely Maranello - if they improved / added staff Im sure the service would improve.
