"I had to sleep in the middle of the bed as the mattress needs to be flipped. Worn-out from to many bodies sleeping on the two sides, also I could smell the pillows. Linens were fresh but bed and pillows were as old as the hotel. I would stay there again."

Still smiling over the notebook for vehicle info— a paper chart by room number would make your life easier. The reading light was a nice touch, although we had to google a photo to find out what it was! Staff was delightfully friendly. Loved the envelope provided for a gratuity. Great idea.
