"Their card machine used to make keys for rooms was broken for multiple days and I had to be escorted to my room every time I needed access. Sometimes I waited at my door for over 10 min for security/maintenance to arrive to let me in. Zero amenities or compensation offered for the significant inconvenience. "

"Clean and comfortable, stores and restaurants within walking distance, easy access to the interstate, very helpful staff and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I would stay here again"

"The beds were comfortable but the floors in our room were not clean at all. They felt sticky and left our feet very dirty. "

"It had nice amenities ( like Ruth’s Chris Restaurant and valet parking) but cleanliness was sub par ( floors were dirty, elevator inside panels chipped and stained, MOLD in shower). The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Floor in room was extremely sticky, bed quilts were dirty, and the room smelled like smoke. The pool was closed for a loud, private event and no breakfast was being served the next day. Gentleman at the front desk was on his phone the entire time I was trying to get checked in."
