"It was great. No complaints"

"The room was clean and was indeed OK. However, when the AC started I could hear a low pitch noise from the compressor that radiated into the walls. I did report it to the office but no response. The toilet needed plunging with every use, a couple of the towels had holes in them from wear but they were clean. There was no complimentary breakfast or coffee. The nearest real restaurants are 13 miles in either direction. The lawn area needed mowing of mostly weeds. Overall, not the best Red Roof Inn. It was acceptable but that is the best I can say. If all you want is just a spot to sleep, go there."

"As always nice and clean. The only thing is I got to the room and neither air conditioner worked i tried multiple times so I packed up went downstairs to let them know but had to turn around and go back upstairs for the staff to try it (instead of just changing the rooms) but she tried both and of course they didn't work so we had to walk back downstairs and then I had to turn around and go back. It seems pretty normal but unfortunately I have a bad back so that was really torture for me. But she did accommodate me and kept me by the elevator like I asked. Thanks!! I will be back soon."

"I'd like nominate this as THE. #1. BEST. WESTERN. I realize there might not be a big call to come to Andalusia, but if you do, I highly recommend this Best Western. It met every expectation. Great staff. Clean lobby. Clean room, filled with everything you'd need and not need. Fridge. Micro. DirectTV. Coffee. Etc. Etc. Double blinds provided a nice dark room. Clean pool area that made for a great meeting place to plan the day with friends. GREAT breakfast. Again, super attentive staff. Staying in an unknown place can be anxious. This Best Western, I felt comfortable & safe. Please add this to the Great Review list.👊"

"Loved the staff! When we got there the pool was closed, but the staff worked to get it open, which delighted my granddaughter! The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff was always asking if we needed anything. It's about 90 minutes away from all the Florida Beaches which makes it nice to come back to the small town and leave all the crowds behind. Stayed (4) nights and would stay again. Highly Recommended!"
