"An unexpected surprise on our recent visit to Buffalo. What started as a hotel choice close to Buffalo State University for a campus tour, turned into one of the highlights of our time in the area. Highly recommend to short or long stay visits. "

"The staff at this hotel are tremendously, friendly and helpful. We loved how they kept the granite façade of the old Genesee bank as part of their remodel. Some aspects of the hotel show their age, and signage could be more clear for things like the workout room, but overall lovely. The restaurant was great as well, and although my fingerling potatoes were a little bit too salty, otherwise the food was excellent. We will be back if we need to visit that part of Buffalo again."

"The staff was super nice! Made fresh popcorn on the spot for my boys! The hotel is updated as well as the rooms, clean, neat. They offer coffee and cold drinks throughout the day! Would highly recommend and anytime I need to travel to Buffalo, this will be my go to. "

"Stayed here several times. Some rooms are great others have broken things. "

"The continental American style breakfast was better than expected. The front desk person was not particularly friendly. The room was very clean. The walk-in shower needed another grab bar. The sink area was cramped."
