I'm on a budget trip on Italy passing thru various towns and treasure hunting so when I mistakenly booked this hotel I got mad for booking a place 25 miles from Milan where I wanted to stay, as I drove into the woods and thru curvy roads I got even madder regretting having given my credit card info, as it was to late to cancel. I should have been more patient since the best was still to come.. When I got to the lobby the hotel clerk spoke very good English which made me happy since many staff...
We arrived at the Poli after a long day driving. It was a wonderfully pleasant surprise. It is clear they have a lot of pride in their hotel; room was spacious and comfortable; staff friendly; priced great; breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. We did not want to drive in Milan so parked at a nearby metro station and it was very easy to get right downtown with no hassles. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
We had to book this room at the last minute because Air France sucks, and I booked it right online with Expedia. It was a good price for a location fairly close to the airport... the properties at the airport were 4 TIMES higher. We used the airport shuttle which was slightly cheaper than a taxi. The room was bigger than expected! and very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a decent sized shower. They even had sealed combs and razors for free! Check-in and out were quick and seamless.
A new hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful planning our day trips. Food was was delicious! Rooftop bar is recommended! Had the king superior room although its their smallest room it was large enough for my wife and I. Location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. Would stay again.
Gorgeous trees and flowers in April and many birds singing; also, you have beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. This is a wonderful place for relaxing. Especially nice if coming from a wintry country! The staff at Hotel Royal was very helpful and they spoke English very well!

It is centrally located within a few minutes walking distances to restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers. You can travel to anywhere from from the Busto Arsizio train station, a few kilometers away. Although you can walk from the hotel to the train station, I would not recommend it. The taxi is about 12-15 euros. And yes, some Taxis are BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and other fine vehicles. The taxi drivers are...

Older building, not too large by modern standards, nice elegant rooms. Just beautiful downstairs areas. Large breakfast room with terrace overlooking the lawns and one main restaurant. Access to Spa and indoor pool included. Outdoor pool among the gardens. One day a guest's 1960 Ferrari parked out the back with the top down - just like that ! One night tango dancing on the hotel...
We stayed for 4 nights. The location is amazing, right in the center within walking distance to almost everything. Very good room size and modern bathroom. Loved their breakfast!
My wife and I first visited Grand Hotel Dino several years ago on a tour, and the beautiful images remained with us. We decided to return this July and it was everything we remembered and much more. The hotel is spectacular and the scenery is as well. Hopefully on our next trip up north we will bring our entire family including our grandchildren. We know that they, too, will just love it.
Short stroll down the ramp from the main buses and trains. Host brought us to door just down the block and showed us to our little apartment. Kitchen was fully equipped; even a dishwasher. Beautiful corner room with nice view down the alleys. Around the bend from our doorway was a cement patio with flowers to relax. The breakfast was great.
