Despite their 'bite-free bliss' they advertise, the reception staff told us they only spray once a week and that there's no point spraying more frequently because 'it's rainy season'. He and all staff were very approachable and could help with anything, nothing was too much trouble. The cleaning staff were a delight to chat to and made us feel very welcome.
