Francesco and Anna were very attentive and helpful as my family enjoyed a week there. The restaurant served the best food I have ever tasted and the breakfast was amazing every morning. The pool was a great place to catch the view of Capri and have a drink. Rumen made the best mojitos!!!! We will definitely be visiting here again someday!!!!

The hotel has a picturesque view of the Bay of Sorrento, sitting up higher on one end just a short walk from the best restaraunts. My husband and I were truly impressed by the generosity and great care we received during our stay! The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms were much larger than other hotels we stayed at in Italy. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The walk to town was charming. You can get great food at the local restaurants but the hotel also serves a nice sit down dinner and a continental breakfast. I highly recommend staying at this location. You will truly enjoy your stay!

This was our first visit to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful with a great full breakfast. Room was spacious, staff was friendly & the housekeepers sweet. We had dinner twice in the rooftop dinning room overlooking the bay. The sunset was amazing. The waitstaff friendly , the food five star. We also danced to the music which made it very romantic. We loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! A very service oriented hotel and very accommodating. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to Sorrento which makes it extremely easy to get around. The Conceige is very knowledgeable and has wonderful recommendations and advice for restaurants and things to do. If you can, don't miss their rooftop sunset event. The sunset is exceptional from there. A gem on the Amafi Coast.
I absolutely love this hotel. Have stayed there several times and wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else. The location is so convenient to the square and right in the middle of al the activity. The rooms are beautiful and breakfast is always delicious. Mario does a wonderful job making sure everyone has anything they want for breakfast.
We stayed here as a family of 6. All 3 rooms were water view and the views from the balconys were incredible. Nice to sit out there early morning with a cup of coffee and watch the ships.
