Spacious well maintained room and facility Good breakfast . Great parking

The room was clean and the hotel staff was incredibly gracious. Every staff member we encountered was able to communicate in Italian and English. The food in the restaurant was amazingly good. We had aperitifs at the bar and dined in the restaurant several nights during our stay. The staff was very hospitable and the drinks and food were always great.

Check in was difficult, even after complying with all requests for pre-check in, passport numbers, etc, on the day we arrived there was no one onsite and no answer from the owner after repeated calls. Only after borrowing a local’s cell phone did she answer. That said, once we got into the room it was clean and well maintained, and breakfast delivered to the room was nice.

The Hotel Continental was a nice place to stay. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The include included breakfast was excellent. I found the location to be good for walking to the city center.

We planned for a one night two day visit to Cremona and needed a nice, reasonably priced hotel. We had a car to having a hotel close to the center of Cremona was not necessary. Albergo Visconti was less than 10 mins from the center of town by car. The hotel room was clean, staff was friendly, and they had a very nice breakfast offering included with the room. We would strongly consider staying here again on another visit to Cremona.

The staff were all 15/10. I spent 8 nights there with a collegue for work. Each shift was attentive, kind, and professional. They all are doing wonderful jobs. No complaints on the rooms or the bathrooms. Great overall experience and value.
