Room was large and beds and pillows very comfortable. We had a nice meal for dinner. Breakfast was included and I had the best scrambled eggs ever. Portions are large and were offered fresh fruit and cereal as well. It was a little cool but in nice weather they have nice outdoor dining and drink area. Very happy with our stay. Friendly staff.
We enjoyed this lovely hotel. It was close to the castle, and restaurants and shopping. The staff were warm and helpful. They were delighted to tell us the history of the building. I especially liked the lounge and the outside, roof terrace for added relaxation.
Nick was extremely welcoming and had a lot of information on local spots to go to as well has local history. The apartment was well stocked and in a beautiful historical home. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through the area.
Nice room, although the electrical outlets were inconveniently placed. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and very close to the Welsh National Roman Legion Museum.
Quaint hotel located over a pub in the main part of town. Comfortable room and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very nice. All the staff members were fantastic.
I loved it. It was so close to the train station, which made it easy to find and walk to on my departure day. I also love that it was close to everything, great restaurants, great coffee, shops, the mall, you couldn’t go wrong. I went to a concert and it was within walking distance of the hotel. Stayed here with my daughter for one night stay. The staff were extremely helpful and the place runs like clockwork. Stunning views over Clifton Bridge from Patio Bar. A beautiful location outside the centre of town. Far and away the best place to stay in Bristol - will be back!
