"The location was bit away from the town, you may need a car or take public transportation. However the hotel was great. Nice design and more tv program options for English speakers than other hotels. The laundry facility was also nice. It was easy to follow by scanning a QR code & pay by card."

"The hotel is convenient, quiet and clean. We couldnt get the aircon working (or any temperature control of any sort), and because the hotel is not staffed 24 hours a day we struggled to get anyone to help. Cant comment on breakfast because we didnt have it included"

"Breakfast buffet was decent. Rooms are very old and outdated. I found hair everywhere on the bed, on the bathroom floor. I dont think it was thoroughly cleaned. Also, there was something like a black piece of something in the bed comforter. So cleanliness is questionable. It is convenient location but if this is the cleanliness than i would choose elsewhere. I came here because i use hyatt often when traveling but this is not hyatt quality i am used too. "

"Super clean rooms and friendly staff. Close distance to the airport - I am glad I stayed here to catch my morning flight, so I could get up at a reasonable hour! The Zurich Airport was bigger and more complex than I thought, so staying at the Hyatt was the right choice."
