"Stayed for one night, there’s a carpark opposite and free if you cannot park directly outside the hotel. Comfy bed, fridge in room, staff were friendly. Hotel seems to be in a run down location so doesn’t look the most appealing but overall we had no problems and had an enjoyable stay. Ebbw has breakfast choices if you decide not to eat at the hotel."
"Really easy check in and good correspondence prior to arrival. The room was very comfortable, bed especially so. Right in the centre of town, easy access to everything needed. Small bathroom and shower but perfectly adequate. Only addition that I would recommend is small fridge in the room."

Nice room, although the electrical outlets were inconveniently placed. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and very close to the Welsh National Roman Legion Museum.
We were greeted immediately and given a tour of the place. Our host was very informative and helpful. The beds very comfortable, rooms quiet, and the breakfast meals and variety were amazing.
This was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn't staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were very modern. Plenty of hot water. Easy access to both train and bus stations. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet. We didn't hear street noise. Stairs are steep, as others have noted. Room was large and beds and pillows very comfortable. We had a nice meal for dinner. Breakfast was included and I had the best scrambled eggs ever. Portions are large and were offered fresh fruit and cereal as well. It was a little cool but in nice weather they have nice outdoor dining and drink area. Very happy with our stay. Friendly staff.
