For the price you can't beat it. 1000 times better than any ABnB but for less money. I wish I had planned my trip better and had spent more time in Bath and therefore would had more time at the Z. "Wonderful stay. Indigo is an amazing and quirky hotel and centrally located. Staff are very friendly and heloful. Unfortunately our room wasn't serviced after our first night or I would give 5 * for service. We were out from 8 am to 5.45 so there was plenty of opportunity. We asked for fresh towels and tea bags in lieu. I don't blame the hotel, just the person who didn't fulfil their duties. Unexpected. "
