I stay at hotels 3 weeks out of a month for work. I would rate The Nog Inn as one of the best I have stayed at. The customer service and quality was impeccable. William and Amy, the owners, are a delight. The food, service and quality of the property was awesome. I would definitely stay there again.
Perfect place to stay if you are visiting the Jurassic coast or if visiting Somerset only would criticise the pink toilet paper in the white bathroom .The beds are also too comfy I overslept one morning

The room was amazing!! We had a great time exploring around the town. The parking was a little tricky but being there on a weekend meant we were able to use the additional parking from the business next door.

We were looking for a place to stay north of Lyme Regis and theJurassic Coast for just a night. We happened upon Lanes by chance and gave it a shot. We were thrilled beyond expectation. We wound up in one of their apartments, which was a bit pricy, but welcome change from charming but cramped B&Bs. They are spacious, beautifully and generously appointed. The staff were lovely, and very kind to our kids.
This is a really lovely place to stay. I was given the 2 bedroom cottage next door to the pub, and it is very well catered for. Kitchen, living room, dining area, etc. Bathroom was very clean. Great place for morning walks and dinner at the pub next door. Very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again.
This hotel is striving to do it's best for guests with kettle and coffee, TV hairdryer and toiletries and a big fluffy towel.
It is a budget hotel so I'm not comparing it to the luxury establishments....but it is super for its category.

I've stayed here multiple times and it is a gem. Located close to the Bovington Tank Museum it has cozy rooms and a wonderful pub with a solid menu, including being extremely good for people with food allergies. I have celiac disease and having several gluten free options (e.g., starters, entres, deserts, beer, etc) at a small hotel is unexpected. The staff is also extremely nice and helpful and even put together a gluten free tradiitoonal breakfast to go since my train left before they...
Plenty of parking. Pub and restaurant at the front. Hotel very quiet and clean. Very kind and helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Can't go wrong w/ this one. Cheers
