This has been an exceptional stay. Silvia and Gilles are incredible hosts—warm, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfasts outside under the trees were delicious, the bread and croissants always fresh and tasty with local preserves and apricot juice from Occitanie. Yum. I wasn’t even jet lagged this time. I don't know what to praise first ... the staff or the hotel itself. The staff, and particularly the owners, are incredible. They made me feel welcome from the first minute I arrived, making sure that my stay was a no stress, pure pleasure three days. My room was clean, quiet and exactly what anyone who travels a lot wants in a room. Free WiFi throughout the hotel. A comfortable mattress. A spotless bathroom.
