A very nice place to stay in Peebles, right in the middle of the town. Very convenient to explore the town. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Free parking, which is nice. But note: there is a steep hill to climb with luggage from the car park to the hotel lobby.
Driving up to the hotel I instantly fell in love with this place. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is wonderful. We were arriving late and the hotel arranged for us to have sandwiches waiting which was perfect. Peebles is adorable town nearby and recommend a visit. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel!
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Kirkstyle hotel! Charming and comfortable. Manager was very helpful and met us for a late check in due to flights delays. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the suite was large and comfortable for us as well. Breakfast was delicious and our server Rachel very helpful by answering all questions related to food (we are American and had not been to Scotland before). She also had a good sense of humor. Very fair price for room...

Amazing Victorian house, gentlemen Richard was wonderful. Was a little hard to find, but we asked for directions from friendly neighbors and found the place. Maybe better signage outside or a house number for street address would have helped that, but regardless, well worth finding. I would come back to this place again. Cheers!
Very relaxed and pleasant place, Jeff and Karen were super friendly and approachable when needed. the breakfast was lovely and would definitely recommend!
When we arrived near the end of time the kitchen was open, they arranged for our bags to be brought to our room and brought us directly to a table in the bar so we got to order in time. The concierge ordered a taxi for our early morning departure the next day and was very helpful. Everyone we met was nice. The room was clean and had a nice shower. Wish we stayed here longer.
