Very nice hotel, close to airport, clean. My only complaint is my booking included the breakfast buffet but we were charged for it ($28 apiece). That’s not good customer service.
We could have found a better spot, the rooms are a bit small by american standards., ours was smaller than what we had requested. Nonetheless, everything was perfect.
The location is perfect - it can best be described as 5 minutes from everything. Great Eco/ design (I am an architect) The staff is personable, and the breakfast was superb!!
The Hague itself, is a gem - we will be back for sure!!
This great hotel was the nicest of the 3 hotels in Amsterdam & The Hague. Comfortable, generously sized rooms, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, and a quiet yet central location. We'll definitely come back here and use The Hague as our base for visiting nearby areas.
The staff went over and above! They were friendly and helpful. The room clean and fresh. The views were magnificent and the location perfect for business and pleasure travel. I will happily return on my next trip to Leiden.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was afraid to stay here because there were many negative reviews. However, I was actually surprised at how cleans and comfortable it was. The staff was friendly. And there is a major bus station that can take you anywhere in Amsterdam. I will definitely return because it’s a good value for the money.
This was probably the nicest hotel in a long trip to Europe. The room was huge and immaculate. It was in short walking distance to a lot of nice sites and places to eat. The bus stop was nearby. Our room even had a jacuzzi bathtub and a large shower. The price was very reasonable, but it might have been low due to covid. One negative was the price and quality of the food at the restaurant. Lots of price for little quality.
This was my 1st time ever in Amsterdam (1st time in Europe). I found this hotel to be in a great location for using public transport to get around the city. It was the first stop from the airport; short walk to hotel from station. Breakfast was GREAT, well worth including in your package.
