First we loved that the hotel was close enough to town to walk everywhere. Everyday, after a long day of touring, we arrived back to a very clean room. The bed was comfy and big and the hostess was very helpful with whatever information we needed: from scheduling day trips to where to buy a few necessities since our luggage was delayed. When we checked in, we checked in with a women that seems to be the owner of the hotel/ restaurant. We were there for 3 days and this woman was working the entire time. She made our stay very enjoyable. If your looking for a relaxing and someone catering to your every need, this is the place to come. There is a bus that can take you there, but I was not able to figure that out the first day.

I have to say, if your going to visit Vicenza stay here, it’s clean, private, very secure, and prompt to return messages and very accommodating, your steps from downtown and all the wonderful places to see, it’s a very pleasant town with an enormous amount of history, I give it a 10+.

We had a wonderful stay at Agriturismo Relais Maddalene101, and what makes this place special is the genuine, hands-on hospitality from Stefano, Francesca, and their wonderful dog Eugenio. From the moment we arrived, you could feel how much care they put into every guest. They are present, attentive, and happy to help, while still giving you the feeling of being completely at home. Great location in the historic center of Vicenza. Easy walk to museums and other sites. The staff, particularly Vittoria and Federica, were especially helpful in making dinner reservations and other useful information. Would definitely stay there again!

It was perfect at accommodating my family and easy access to all the places we wanted to visit.

A bit off the beaten path but absolutely worth it. A friendly and accommodating staff made our stay at this tranquil property as simple as possible. Wine from their own winery/vineyard is available as well as the restaurant where beyond amazing. If this property is within an hour of your destination I cannot recommend them enough. We used this property the night before heading to Venice and in hindsight we would have made the trip back there afterwards as well.

It feels more like a restaurant with some rooms as opposed to a hotel with a a restaurant but, the restaurant is amazing. I had one of the best risottos of my life. I had a single room and it was tiny but very modern and clean.

Super friendly staff, everything was perfect, nice and clean. Pool and gazebo just amazing. Will come back for sure.

Excellent family run hotel with great charm. Lovely room, lovely order style complimentary breakfast, lovely people. Only downside is slow WiFi which shouldn’t happen all that often.

This has to be the best location if you want to stay away from touristy places. It is perfect for day trips to Venice, Vicenza, and Verona. There are fascinating small towns with interesting architecture, and history. I had forgotten what a lovely aroma permeates the air when the jasmine is in bloom. This is also close enough to explore the Italian alps and Lake Garda, plus tons of vineyards and several castles. Just a few minutes away is Montecchio Maggiore, home to the Romeo and Juliet castles...

Beautiful place to stay! Dinner and pool on the property was a nice bonus! Highly recommend!
