"It was the first time i left an hotel after the first night. I booked it based on the reviews but left me disappointed. The staff is great, very nice and helpful, nothing against them. But the hotel conditions aren't the best. In the first room we found bugs and ants, so we were kindly moved to another room that was significantly smaller but a bit cleaner. The problem there was the security, the door didn't lock at all and we had to lock it with our suitcases during the night. As two women, we couldn't even sleep well. We decided to leave in the morning to another hotel because there were too many problems in only one night. We asked for a refund for the rest of the nights not used, getting a denial from the manager saying there is no refund and claming are terms of Expedia, which expedia denied. I am not saying don't go there but you know what you get."
