We stayed on the 6th night of an 8 day trip around Ireland. We had seen a profile about Ballymaloe house on CBS Sunday Morning and we were not disappointed. The grounds are great, the rooms classic with great comfort and the staff is wonderful. The meals were absolutely top notch, and we got a private look at the wine cellar, and my wife learned how to bake Irish Soda Bread in their kitchen. I highly recommend anyone going to Ireland to experience this great property.

The room was spacious and the amenities lovely. I urge you to experience the spa. I only had time for a massage, but the combination specials they offer seem to be a great value. The massage was well done and much needed. I felt great afterward. I was also in love with the heated indoor pool the shape of a long Lima bean - all 4 ft. deep.
