Very good hotel in a great location with a very short walk to the center of the old town. Close to many dinning opportunities and excellent shopping.

Parking (in May) was easy, the hotel was beautiful, the weather was crappy, but we enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub (the only one we have encountered in Germany!) Great location close to the ferry. The breakfast was good, and they offer decent dinner selections. Pricey, though.

We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. Hans Vogel was so helpful! They booked taxis for me Via communication through the Expedia app. Helped me when my train was delayed. I was traveling solo so this level of service is a great comfort.

The staff, ski storage room connected with the ski shop, the nightly snack, and the ski bus were all fantastic.

The Family was there for many years, and the son was upgrading the property. He was very nice and offered coffee before the kitchen opened.

Everything was excellent! We loved the nature, food, drinks etc. We drive an electrical car and the underground charging worked well.

Gästehaus Funk is a wonderful place to rest, relax and enjoy! The staff are so friendly and professional. The decor is meticulously maintained and is spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this wonderful gästehaus!
