The Crown is a lovely very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Monty, Gemma and Mark were excellent hosts and food is so yummy! Breakfast was included and was superb with many choices and staff were so nice and went out of their way to provide earlier breakfast on our last day when we needed to leave for Heathrow airport. A great experience staying at this hotel, very friendly staff, restaurant with great good and reasonable price, awesome breakfast which you can order from the restaurant menu, spacious room.....things are better than you thought with that price in England.
I stay at hotels 3 weeks out of a month for work. I would rate The Nog Inn as one of the best I have stayed at. The customer service and quality was impeccable. William and Amy, the owners, are a delight. The food, service and quality of the property was awesome. I would definitely stay there again.
Can I give this hotel 10 stars?! we fell completely in love with this hotel, staff dining room. And most importantly, the bar! The food was amazing and very personal touches when they checked you into your room. It is off of the beaten path, but we would definitely stay here when visiting again!

We spent two very comfortable nights with a modern room and bath, nice breakfasts, and one nice dinner. The inn is in a tiny village with a picturesque ruined castle and church nearby, close to Stourhead and Longleat.
This is a really lovely place to stay. I was given the 2 bedroom cottage next door to the pub, and it is very well catered for. Kitchen, living room, dining area, etc. Bathroom was very clean. Great place for morning walks and dinner at the pub next door. Very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again.
