"Everything was great the room was clean the staff were awesome. I used grab for my ride which was very convenient I don’t think they had an airport shuttle. My only issue is the tv did not have really good channels compared to the other hotels I stayed at and I had a hard time adjusting the a/c temperature "

"If you are a vegetarian or vegan, the hotel breakfast is not all that amenable. Other than a sprinkling of some vegetarian items, there is hardly anything that is not dessert. The price is big but you might leave hungry. The staff were all very courteous and helpful, the premises very clean, room was spacious and very clean. "

"We had a very warm welcome, assistance with our luggage and refreshing cool fruit juice to help us settle in. Everything went well. The mini bar refill each day owas great as was the ,"afternoon tea" , 'happy hour" and drink offers . There was a good range of options for the breakfast buffet. Location was good. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and a little drink or two. If I visit KL again I would stay at this hotel again. We felt well looked after. Thank you."

"Amazing stay in a brand new hotel towering over KL. Very welcoming and accommodating staff, and the hotel has a wide selection of great amenities. The room was generously sized, with a very comfortable bed. The pool and spa area is incredible. In terms of critiques, some of the finishes are already showing wear (they used veneered woods instead of solid in most places) and the room service breakfast was hit or miss. Highly recommend a stay here! "
