Hotels in Zlatar

I had not been back to this lovely spot for almost a decade. The staff is wonderful, the restaurant is outstanding and there are a variety of rooms to fit families, couples or groups. If you are going to be in Zagreb for a few days, take the 30 minute drive and unwind with the vineyard all around you.

Very nice staff. The hotel has fun antique decor. It is not within walking distance of city center, but there is a nearby bus and/or tram stop.

Exceptionally beautiful location on a mountain close to Zagreb offering amazing walking trails and a fun cable car.

Hotel Gallus, Zagreb, is a "hidden gem!" This small hotel is conveniently located on a main road. There is plenty of parking for hotel guests. The rooms are decorated in a contemporary manner and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back here the next time I am in Zagreb.

The hotel and attached parking lot made our last night before returning our rental car and flying out the next day much easier. Because we had to leave early in the morning we were unable to take advantage of the free breakfast buffet but the chef was able to put together a to-go bag for us and it was ready for us as we checked out to leave at 6 a.m. the staff was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed.

Everything was nice and simple

Friendly, elegant hotel on a quiet street just five minutes away from several historic sites and amazing restaurants. The breakfast was particularly lovely. We’ll be back!

Ante was very friendly and professional. He recognized us when we came back a few weeks later. Also recommended us ROX across the street. It is AMAZING! Restaurant inside the gas station that is open 24 hours and has fantastic food at a very reasonable price. Seriously you will not regret staying here and walking one min to Rox.

Cute little hotel with a fabulous location and for a great price! Just a walk from banjelicik (sp?) square. Close to shops and food and the market! Would highly suggest this property!

On-site parking was a very positive bonus, especially in a city where parking seems so difficult. Loved having a staff person on site for questions and check in. Very comfortable bed. Nice small outside balcony. Small fridge and hot plate were appreciated. Would have enjoyed having coffee/tea provided and bar soap for bathroom/shower.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at LOOX Boutique Apartments Gundulićeva. The apartment was clean, quiet, and felt very safe—an ideal base just a short walk from the city centre and close to shops, restaurants, and Zagreb’s main attractions.
