We were looking for a place to stay overnight after attending a friend's wedding in the area. The staff at The Fisherman's Haunt were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early so we could be on time for the wedding and have our room key for when we returned much later in the evening. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was very nice and the shower ran hot and with good water pressure. The breakfast the next morning was well prepared and the staff serving were...
Lovely stay. The staff upgraded us to a larger room because of the extra stairs we had to climb with our luggage. They did not charge us. Dinner was delicious, and the service wonderful.
Located dead center of Wombourne with parking this unusual hotel part of chain. The rooms follow a theme- ours was Jayne Austin with ships and lots of wood.

Would go again even though room quite compact. Office closes at 5 pm for check in so if you arrive late have to go to the pub.
Beautiful hotel/pub with a great location near the beach. The room was comfortable with all amenities and some lovely personal touches (the toiletries were excellent and the homemade chocolate treats were, well, a treat!) The food in the pub was also great. Will stay again!
