My fiance and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a very positive experience. The room was spacious and very quiet, also the room service food was well prepared and fresh, and served very warm. Clean room, it would be nice to be able to charge breakfast to my room. A little bit of a process. Traditional onsen, no tattoos was kind of a bummer but I understand and respect the tradition of the country.
Due to my schedule, I could only stay for a single day, but it was the kind of hotel where I would have loved to stay longer if I had the time. The comfortable bed, the accommodation itself, and the delicious meals were all excellent.
Online pics showed a room with a desk but mine had only a bench and small low table. I asked the front desk staff to help with making a reservation and they refused and instead wanted me to use a QR code for a reservation service that did not have the restaurant listed. They just stared at me blankly.

Room was clean and the mattress and pillows were more comfortable than we expected. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We extended our check out time and that process was very easy as well. Would stay here again.

Room: We booked the Classy King room for 2 people and it was spacious and clean! We were very happy with the amenities and features in the room.
Lounge: Classy rooms include access to their lounge which has coffee/tea and desserts throughout the day. It's a good space to relax or catch on up some work.
Dining: The salmon flakes set was delicious and breakfast buffet was tasty with a wide array of fresh food.

The staff here were wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was problem free and a great experience. The free breakfast was very nice with an amazing virgen from the dining room. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the general manager. I would definitely come back here again.
