It’s a 15 min walk from the station. If you take a taxi it’s less than 600 yen to the Hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, and the service is excellent.

Food is really good. Buffet style.

room has only heat no room temp control working in winter, i guess! Room was spacious and beautiful several restaurants were just a few minutes walking distance all connected under one building

My fiance and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a very positive experience. The room was spacious and very quiet, also the room service food was well prepared and fresh, and served very warm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is a bit inconvenient without a car I think (we had a hire car from "nikoniko" car for 5K/day from Sapporo (definitely the best way to get around IMHO, and not that much more expensive than a bus/ taxis - could even workout cheaper and we had...

Due to my schedule, I could only stay for a single day, but it was the kind of hotel where I would have loved to stay longer if I had the time. The comfortable bed, the accommodation itself, and the delicious meals were all excellent.

Clean room, it would be nice to be able to charge breakfast to my room. A little bit of a process. Traditional onsen, no tattoos was kind of a bummer but I understand and respect the tradition of the country.

Online pics showed a room with a desk but mine had only a bench and small low table. I asked the front desk staff to help with making a reservation and they refused and instead wanted me to use a QR code for a reservation service that did not have the restaurant listed. They just stared at me blankly.

The staff here were wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was problem free and a great experience. The free breakfast was very nice with an amazing virgen from the dining room. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the general manager. I would definitely come back here again.

우선 이번 여행은 약 20년 만에 다시 방문한 삿포로였습니다. 이번 여행은 부부 여행으로 모든 것을 제가 인터넷을 통해 하나부터 열 가지를 정했습니다. 'Hotel Emion Sapporo'도 삿포로 역에서 가깝고 보기에 깨끗해서 인터넷으로 예약했었습니다. 2박 3일 동안 정말 깨끗한 시설에서, 게다가 청소까지 너무 잘해주어서 상쾌하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 대욕장도 편리했고, 편의 시설인 세탁기도 사용하기 쉽게 관리되고 있어 좋았습니다. 조금 안 좋았던 것은 아침식사가 너무 맛 있어, 제 양보다 많이 먹게 되었고 몸무게가 1.3kg 정도 늘었다는 것입니다. 아무튼 집 사람과 둘이 행복하게 삿포로를 즐길 수 있는 기반이 되어준 호텔이었습니다. 다음에 방문할 기회가 온다면 또 예약하고 싶은 호텔이었습니다.

The staff was excellent in providing service, location was ideal as close to Sapporo Station, and optional breakfast was delicious and staff friendly.

We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko. Both busses stopped at the hotel and resorts, so we didn't have to slough our luggage through the snow. Also, the Kieo Plaza...

The onsen really helped with our sleep after walking around all day. Breakfast style is authentic Japanese and we’re very happy we got to enjoy it during our stay.

Would recommend because location is great. Rooms are a little older, but very clean.

Budget friendly in a great location. small rooms, like most of Japan but very comfortable and nice little amenities. Friendly service, I’d stay here again
