"I called a few days before to indicate that I would be arriving late at around 10pm. I was advised that it was fine as the reception was staffed 24 hours. I also cheekily asked for air con, so I was allocated a room with it. I hadn't realised that not all rooms were air conditioned. That was a nice touch. Upon arrival, I was required to pay for parking, acceptable! I was then advised that I was too late for the restaurant, which closes at 9.30 pm. It's a shame they didn't tell me this when I called in advance. The room was a little dated in its decor but a good size with all the amenities you'd expect. Overall, I would recommend the hotel and would stay again if I were in Telford. It is easy to find with a large car park."

"Stayed 1 night whilst visiting a local theatre. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and bars and the theatres. Parking across the road is £9 a night. Modern, bright clean hotel, typical Hilton style. Room clean Good shower in bathroom with toiletries Large comfortable bed Good aircon We slept very well Would use again if in the area"

"Lovely place However, AC was not working and needed to be on when we arrived. Far to hot. When we tiried to turn on, it was broken. A fan was provided, which helped, . But as warmth is insured on arrival during colder days, AC needs the same consideration in the hotter temperatures"
