We stayed one week in the Cottswald, and this was by far the nicest place we stayed. It was truly a resort experience. The grounds were gorgeous, and there were many indoor and outdoor seating areas including 3 posh lounges with different vibes. Reading, games and music/relaxing. This is an old coaching inn in a small country town with independent shopping along the high street , which is where the hotel is located . Parking is at the rear of the hotel easily accessed from the high street . Our room ( the Broadway Suite ) was a good size with a stand alone bath tub and separate shower and was well heated . Breakfast was good with a nice choice and we had dinner there on two of our three nights , which speaks well to the quality of the food . Last but by no means least...
