Exceptional stay in the Family Rooms, plenty of space, comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast. Breakfast is not included if you book on a third-party site, it is well worth purchasing it! So many delicious options. The dinners are a bit pricey, but the food is extraordinary. Try the Bar-B- Que ribs and the Tenderloins. Fantastic! Easy trip to downtown Bruges.
Great boutique hotel in Bruges. Excellent breakfast, nice staff and a short 5 minute walk from the central square. And as a bonus: one of the best beer shops (sorry the name escapes me right now but you can't miss it) in Bruges is only about 300 meters or so from the hotel.
I I was very impressed with the staff they seem to be very friendly kind and extremely competent.... On average I travel 100,000 miles a year to international locations so to impress me is not so easy

Perfect location in the magical town of Bruges. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable with great nearby restaurant recommendations. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and sights. Room was modern and spacious with all amenities.
This may be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. First of all, I love history and so you are staying where King Charles II had his castle. Secondly, the breakfast was amazing. Third, the rooms had beautiful chandeliers with high ceilings. And finally the wellness area had a lovely sauna room. The hotel was so close to all the picturesque spots. We will be back!
We stayed in Room 319, a mini suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom. The two major rooms had a television, two windows, and views of the Belfry Tower (also overlooking the roof tops of neighboring residences. The hotel is located on the canal where you can get on a boat to ride the canal. Staff were very helpful and all who we encountered spoke English very well. We thought the room and hotel was excellent and one we will rebook on a return trip.
Nicely renovated hotel in a great location with a helpful staff, particularly the young man who assisted us with hotel instructions before our late arrival.
Our triple had plenty of space with a great view of the canal. Clean room & comfortable beds. (Shower power on this top floor room was weak, but a decent bathroom)

We had a small minibar fridge and were located on the 1st floor. The hotel is a boutique, renovated 14th century building with 3 levels (no lift).
There was no parking (fine for us as we don’t have a car) but there is a parking station about 100m away.

I had a great time here in Brugge. The hotel is beautiful. Old with charm yet Chan and well taken care of. It's more of a large bed and breakfast than a hotel. It feels like you are staying in a large house between the two biggest cathedrials in town. You are close to everything. I like that i had drinks in my room and the prices weren't bad at all. The location and view were excellent. Easy to walk to restaurants and the tram. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness rooms were a big bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful.
