"My stay was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and lovely decor. Bed was so big and we had a lovely river view. Staff we're friendly and helpful, check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was nice, a good selection. The only negative is the parking is so expensive, £25 for 1 night!! We parked on the street outside as its free Saturday and Sunday's. I will admit, it put me off at 1st this place being named as an hostel but it is more like a hotel. All in all, a lovely stay. We will be back he street outside as its f and S"

"The staff were amazing, from the front desk staff to the staff at the restaurant - the brush and the staff who serviced the breakfast buffet on Saturday the 24th of January 26 and the front desk staff on the evening of the 23rd Jan 26… amazing women who were empathetic, kind and so lovely. The room service staff as well were fantastic. I stayed with my two kids and really enjoyed our stay. My son is autistic and I was nervous about spending a night away from home and the staff were wonderful. Even the staff on the door as we waited for our car, I would always comeback again and again. Thank you all again so much! "

"Great room, quiet with no noise from the airport. Hotel in great condition. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and a take-away option provided. Will definitely stay here again as so convenient to be able to walk to the airport mostly under cover."
